We accept major credit cards –  Mastercard, Visa, Paypal Afterpay and Laybuy. 

We will contact you if there’s an issue with your order or image you have submitted. For custom orders, we send out a draft once the order has been placed before they are printed. Once an email confirmation is received, we cannot alter or cancel orders.

We do not hold stock of all the custom products like t-shirts options we have on our site, and order them from our suppliers once orders are confirmed. Occasionally an item you have ordered on our site will be out of stock with our supplier and is out of our control. We will always let you know the next business day and will either give you alternatives, or can fully refund for any out of stock items. Our turnaround time for clothing is 1-2 weeks most of the time including shipping.

For stickers, mugs and tote bags, delivery time depends on your location and shipping method you chose. As these are customised and at times require us to check with you first to confirm the notes, please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order in addition to the shipping estimates provided during checkout.

We offer standard post shipping within New Zealand and to Australia. However, we are not responsible for lost, damage or delayed post for standard shipping. We highly recommend tracked post or courier. Shipping rate is calculated on checkout.
